Cookie Policy
This policy explains which cookies ALTF4 Digital ("ALTF4", "we") uses on altf4digital.com, why and on what legal basis we use them, and how you can change your choice. It follows Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), the Communiqué on the Obligation to Inform and the Turkish Data Protection Authority's Guide on Cookie Practices. If you are in the European Economic Area, the same choices also cover your rights under the GDPR.

Non-essential cookies only run if you switch them on. You can change your choice here at any time.
1. What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file saved in your browser when you visit a website. In this policy, "cookie" also covers similar technologies such as the browser's local storage.

- Measures, as aggregate statistics, how often pages are read, where visits come from, device and browser type and approximate location (country, city). We use these numbers to plan our content.

- PURPOSE
- Runs only on the Turkish November Deals page. Tells Meta that the page was viewed and that a "Hepsiburada'da gör" button was clicked, so we can see how many people our ad campaigns reach and what they achieve. _fbc is only set if you arrived by clicking a Meta ad.

If you are logged in to Facebook or Instagram in this browser, Meta may link this information to your account using cookies on its own domain. That is covered by Meta's cookie policy.
Cookies from other sites
Product links on the November Deals page take you to hepsiburada.com. Cookies set there, including affiliate tracking, are Hepsiburada's responsibility and fall under its own cookie policy. Fonts load from Google Fonts and icons from cdnjs; these services set no cookies but do see your browser's IP address. See our privacy policy for details.
3. Personal data processed through cookies
When analytics and advertising cookies are on, the following may be processed: cookie ID, IP address, browser and device details, the address of the page visited, the link you came from, the time of the visit and, on the November Deals page, the ID and name of the product clicked. We do not collect your name, email address or phone number through cookies.
4. How data is collected and legal bases
Data is collected electronically and automatically through cookies placed in your browser when you visit the site.
- Essential cookies rely on KVKK article 5/2 (c), (ç) and (f), so we don't ask for consent.
- Analytics and advertising cookies rely only on your explicit consent under KVKK article 5/1. Until you consent, the Google Analytics and Meta Pixel code is not loaded at all and no request is sent to these services.
- Visiting the site does not mean you consent. "Decline" is as visible and as easy as "Accept", and the site works the same if you decline.
5. Sharing and international transfers
Data collected by analytics cookies is transferred to Google LLC, and data collected by advertising cookies to Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. Their servers are outside Turkey, mainly in the United States and European Union countries, so the data is transferred abroad. Under KVKK article 9, this transfer relies on the explicit consent you give after being informed of the possible risks.
The risks you should know before consenting: the destination country may not have data protection rules as strong as Turkey's, its public authorities may be able to access the data, and exercising your rights against a company abroad may be harder.
We do not sell your data or share it with anyone other than these two providers. If legally authorised public bodies request it, we may share it within the applicable law.
6. Changing your choice and withdrawing consent
You can withdraw consent at any time, as easily as you gave it. Switch off analytics or advertising cookies in the panel at the top of this page and press "Save my choice". When you switch them off:
- Google Analytics or Meta Pixel no longer loads,
- the _ga, _fbp and _fbc cookies in your browser are deleted,
- no new events are sent to Meta.
Withdrawal does not affect processing done on the basis of your consent before then. Your choice is kept for 12 months; after that we ask again. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser's privacy settings. To turn off Google Analytics on all websites, you can use Google's opt-out browser add-on.
7. Your rights
Under KVKK article 11 (and, in the EEA, the GDPR) you can ask us to tell you whether and how your data is processed, who it was transferred to in Turkey or abroad, to correct or delete it, to notify those recipients of any correction or deletion, to object to a decision made solely by automated analysis that goes against you, and to compensate any damage caused by unlawful processing.
Send your request in writing or by email to info@altf4digital.com, including your name, ID or passport number, address and what you are asking for. We reply free of charge within 30 days; if the request involves an extra cost, the fee set by the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board may apply. If we reject your request, you find our reply insufficient or we do not reply in time, you can complain to the Personal Data Protection Board (Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu).
8. Changes to this policy
When we add a cookie or change what a cookie is used for, we update this policy and, where needed, ask for your consent again. The date at the top of the page shows the current version.
